guidelines for authors

• Time slots for the individual presentations will be indicated in the final agenda that will be made available before 6 November. 
• For the Science presentations, speakers are allocated 15 minutes in total (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A). 
  For the Cal/Val presentations, the Q&A will be addressed during the slots reserved for discussion and during the poster session. We kindly invite you to check the time slots on the online Programme. 
• Please bring your presentation in a PowerPoint or PDF format on a USB stick (make a folder if not a single file), name it LastnameSessionname.type (e.g., PresenterSessionA.ppt).
• At the beginning of the day, when your presentation is scheduled, please go to the regia at the bottom of the meeting room and provide your presentation. Should your presentation be in the morning, you are kindly invited to upload it to the Regia the day before. 
• Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and to make their presence known to the chair of the session.
• Presenters are welcomed to use the PPT template for oral presentations, available here.
